Jennifer Lopez, 49, showcased her fabulous figure yesterday – as she slipped out of the gym after a workout.
The ageless entertainer showed off toned abs in a crop top and leggings that hugged her signature curves.
Jennifer recently spilled some of her health secrets to magazines – and she has a pretty amazing regiment. According to J Lo, she stays young and beautiful by having a strict diet and exercise routine.
But before any other diet or health rules she lives by, J Lo’s number one rule has always been to keep well hydrated.
“Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine,” she told Hello!.
And as far as diet, J Lo does not drink alcohol or any caffeinated drink. She also does not eat any sugar, or foods containing sugar. The Latina bombshell only eats 3 small meals a day.
And J Lo exercises 5 days a week, for a minimum of 1 hour each day.

According to reports in addition to her caffeine-free, alcohol-free, high-protein diet, J.Lo stays fit and ageless with variety and dedication to her workout routine.

She hits the gym as soon as she wakes up.
“I don’t like doing it later,” Lopez told Us Weekly. “It’s harder to get there when I have my day going already.”
The “Shades of Blue” actress also revealed that she works out only “three or four times a week.”
She also makes working out a social activity.
J.Lo’s current boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, a former baseball player for the New York Yankees, told People that they love to exercise together.
These workouts include lifting weights, going on bike rides, taking Pilates classes, and strength-training.
